What We Do….

Contact Time :  This is used by the Personal trainer to implement the program, guiding, coaching and supporting you in order to help you achieve your goals. This time can be based environment in a environment to suit your individual needs

Fitness & Lifestyle Assessment : This is normally a two hour session with the Personal Trainer, who undertakes various fitness & health assessments including Body Mass Index, Lung Function, Blood Pressure, Cardiovascular Fitness and Muscular Strength Assessment.  At the end of the session you will receive a report detailing your results, from this your Personal Trainer can plan and devise an individual periodised fitness program

Fitness Program : This is a program set around your own individual goals and tailored to meets your needs, which is developed from the initial fitness assessment. The program which usually lasts about 12 weeks is a structured training routine to achieve your goals. The program can be either lead and coached by our Personal Trainer or taken away to be used by yourself

 

How Much Will It Cost Me?

Contact Time with our Personal Trainer is charged from £25 per hour or part of.

Sessions may be less than an hours duration dependent on the needs of the client this would be charged appropriately and discussed at the time of booking

Discounts can be offered when booking and paying for multiple sessions or for joint sessions with a friend or partner

The fitness and lifestyle assessment is £50 which includes approximately 2 hours contact time and a personalised report of your current health & fitness

Fitness program;

Standard - £100 which includes an initial fitness and lifestyle assessment and a 12 week detailed training programmed

Advanced - £150 which includes an initial fitness and lifestyle assessment, a 12 week detailed training programmed, 1 hour contact time, a 30 minutes mid-point fitness assessment and a final 30 minute fitness assessment upon completion of the programmed.

We are fully equipped to provide for our clients needs and are able travel to a variety of venues, below is an example of the places we are currently using to provide for those needs
